Guest House
Surrounded by the green “Ticino Valley”, Cascina Mergozzo 13 is an oasis of peace and tranquility in which you could enjoy moments of relaxation in contact with nature.
Erected in the 15th century, the Guest House has been, over the years, enlarged and renovated, and today it has a kitchen, a large living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and four balconies.
Furnished according to Betti’s chic taste, the house keeps a rustic charm and, at the same time, thanks to unique design pieces, is modern and contemporary.
Cascina Mergozzo 13 is to be experienced especially in summer, outside the home. In the garden of the villa there is in fact a large swimming pool, a berceau protected by a wisteria ceiling (where it is possible to spend hours of idleness and to eat), a kitchen, a dressing room, a bathroom, an outdoor shower and a large terrace.
